Paul is a water engineer with core competencies in hydraulic investigations, hydrology, stormwater planning, floodplain management, water-yield, and dam surveillance. Paul has 16 years’ experience in the public and private sectors, is a Registered Professional Engineer (RPEQ), and holds memberships with a number of professional institutes. One of his key strengths is the ability to find creative solutions to project hurdles, through the use of engineering science and technology. In August 2012 he founded HYDRALINC, an Australian owned company which delivers specialist services to project teams, and a variety of industries such as local government, consultancies, land development and mining.
